I will teach you my favorite recipe. - Tiradito nikkei: This is a perfect example of Japanese and Peruvian fusion. You will learn to make a thinly cut sashimi style fish, accompanied with a passion fruit, lemongrass, and ginger infused "leche de tigre" - Tuna tataki:You will learn to gently sear the fish and season it with a tosazu sauce, a sweet base Japanese sauce.
